Jeil Construction's "Jeil Punggyeongchae Uiwang Gocheon," which has become a major topic in the Greater Seoul area’s spring housing market, attracted approximately 10,000 visitors over the three-day weekend following the opening of its model home, creating a festive atmosphere. With expectations running high, attention from prospective homebuyers is expected to focus on the special supply event scheduled for Monday, April 28.


After the model home opened on April 25, "Jeil Punggyeongchae Uiwang Gocheon" was filled with prospective applicants seeking consultations throughout the weekend. Visitors busily examined the apartment layouts and designs, while many carefully reviewed the application schedule and contract terms, resulting in a bustling scene.


Visitors especially appreciated that the price ceiling system was applied, making homeownership more affordable. In addition, the fact that a subway station and an elementary school are located right in front of the complex heightened expectations for future capital gains.

In this main offering, 466 units will be available, excluding those previously allocated in advance supply.


The sales schedule begins with the special supply on Monday, April 28, followed by first-priority applications on Tuesday, April 29, and second-priority applications on Wednesday, April 30. The winners will be announced on Friday, May 9, and the contract period will run for seven days from Tuesday, May 20 to Monday, May 26.
