KB Kookmin Card announced on April 28 that it has enhanced its personalized services for its comprehensive payment platform, KB Pay, this month.
The company has expanded the display of personalized messages within KB Pay to provide more tailored guidance to customers, and has improved customer convenience features, such as introducing a new function for applying for document issuance online.
The number of personalized guidance messages displayed on the My KB screen has increased from one to up to three. Now, various types of messages, including real-time notifications, customer suggestions, and official announcements, can be displayed simultaneously. This has improved the efficiency of delivering information relevant to customer interests.
A new menu for document issuance applications has also been added to the KB Pay customer center menu.
By analyzing the main documents most frequently used by customers, the company has made it possible to easily apply online for three types of documents: card financial transaction confirmation, credit card income deduction, and transaction history for individual business owners.
With this feature, customers can immediately obtain supporting documents without having to use the customer center.
The company has also expanded the use of Kakao Notification Talk. General informational messages can now be received via Kakao Notification Talk.
A KB Kookmin Card representative stated, "We have reorganized the KB Pay user interface to focus on customer interests and convenience," adding, "We will continue to deliver more sophisticated messages that reflect customer needs and work to improve customer contact channels."
