Since 2009, S-Oil has supported the HeartHeart Orchestra, an ensemble composed of people with developmental disabilities, to help develop the talents of young people with disabilities and support their participation in society. The HeartHeart Orchestra, which has received ongoing support, officially established HeartHeart Art & Culture Co., Ltd. in April as a standard workplace for people with disabilities to help ensure stable cultural and artistic career opportunities for its members. Through its equity investment, S-Oil plans to actively support people with developmental disabilities so that they can communicate with society through artistic activities and achieve economic independence.

To promote cultural and artistic sharing in the local community, S-Oil has held "small concerts" at its headquarters in Gongdeok-dong, Mapo-gu, as well as at local facilities. Going forward, the company plans to actively collaborate with members of HeartHeart Art & Culture Co., Ltd. to present a wide variety of cultural and artistic performances.
