Among them, the Goraebul Beach Park Golf Course was developed with an investment of 1.5 billion KRW on a site of approximately 15,000 square meters, featuring 27 holes. The course is widely loved by both residents and tourists for its beautiful scenery with the beach as a backdrop and for the opportunity to enjoy 'barefoot exercise' on natural grass.

Yeongdeok County expects that the reopening of these park golf courses will not only provide residents with accessible opportunities to enjoy sports at any time, but also revitalize local tourism, which has recently suffered due to wildfire damage, by offering new content for visitors.

Admission is free for local residents. For visitors from outside the area, the fee is 8,000 KRW per person and 7,000 KRW per group member. In addition, visitors from outside the area will receive a local gift certificate worth 5,000 KRW as a benefit. Reservations can be made through the 'Integrated Reservation System for Public Sports Facilities' on the Yeongdeok County Office website.

County Governor Kim Kwangyeol stated, "After the recent record-breaking wildfires caused significant damage, many tourists who used to frequent Yeongdeok have been hesitant to visit out of concern and consideration. However, visiting more often would actually be of great help. I hope you will take care of your health while enjoying the refreshing spring breeze at the park golf courses we have carefully created in this beautiful natural setting, and also enjoy our delicious local specialties and seafood."
