The Youth Mental Health Supporters program has been jointly operated since 2021 by the Chungnam Metropolitan Mental Health Welfare Center, which serves as the commissioned agency, and three local mental health welfare centers (Cheonan-si Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si Seobuk-gu, and Cheongyang-gun), with the aim of improving awareness of youth mental health.
"Maeum;Itgil" combines the province's mental health brand "Itgil" and the integrated early intervention website "Annyeong, Maeum," symbolizing the commitment to supporting youth mental health together.
The 5th cohort of supporters, launched alongside the inauguration ceremony, will carry out various activities until the end of November, including hosting a youth mental health symposium, producing mental health awareness content, participating in mental health welfare center experiential programs, conducting mental health awareness campaigns, and operating the MaeumItgilham initiative.
