The "Youth Tomorrow Savings Account" is a program in which working youth who meet certain income requirements can save 100,000 won per month for three years, and the government will contribute additional earned income incentives. Participants can accumulate a lump sum ranging from a minimum of 3.6 million won to a maximum of 10.8 million won.

Eligible applicants are young people aged 15 to 39 who reside in Yongin City and meet the following criteria: those in the lower-income bracket with a monthly earned income of at least 100,000 won and whose household income is at or below 50% of the median income, and those whose household income is between 50% and 100% of the median income with a monthly earned income between 500,000 and 2.5 million won. To receive government support, participants must maintain steady employment for three years, make regular personal contributions, and complete 10 hours of self-reliance capacity training.

Those interested can apply by visiting their local Eup, Myeon, or Dong Administrative Welfare Center as listed on their resident registration, or through the "Bokjiro" website. Final participants will be selected in August after an income and asset review.
