Gwangju Nambu Police Station (Chief Superintendent Kim Jongdeuk) is conducting promotional activities to prevent voice phishing crimes, which are evolving with increasingly diverse and bold methods.

According to Gwangju Nambu Police Station on the 16th, since the 14th, the station has been carrying out promotional activities by printing voice phishing prevention messages on queue tickets at four financial institutions in Nam-gu. In addition, they plan to actively promote a self-produced voice phishing prevention video in collaboration with related organizations and groups.

A representative from Nambu Police Station stated, "In the future, we plan to expand the use of queue tickets for voice phishing prevention campaigns to all financial institutions in Nam-gu in order to raise awareness about the seriousness of voice phishing damages and enhance public vigilance."
