According to the Gwangju Meteorological Administration, from today until the day after tomorrow, the region will be on the edge of a high-pressure system located over the southern seas of Japan. Morning lows will range from 9 to 14 degrees, and daytime highs will be between 18 and 26 degrees Celsius.
The morning lows will be 9 degrees in Boseong, 10 degrees in Suncheon, Gurye, and Goheung, 11 degrees in Gokseong and Jangheung, 12 degrees in Jangseong, Damyang, Muan, Naju, Haenam, Jindo, Gangjin, and Gwangyang, 13 degrees in Yeonggwang, Hampyeong, Shinan, Mokpo, and Yeosu, and 14 degrees in Gwangju and Wando.
The daytime highs will be 26 degrees in Gwangju, Damyang, and Hwasun, 25 degrees in Jangseong and Gokseong, 24 degrees in Yeongam and Gurye, 23 degrees in Hampyeong, Yeonggwang, Gangjin, and Suncheon, 22 degrees in Muan, Haenam, Wando, Boseong, and Goheung, 21 degrees in Gwangyang, 20 degrees in Mokpo and Jindo, 19 degrees in Yeosu, and 18 degrees in Shinan, similar to the previous day.
Waves on the sea will range from 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the coastal waters of the West Sea and South Sea. Both fine and ultrafine dust levels are expected to be 'moderate'.
A representative from the Meteorological Administration said, "In most areas of Gwangju and Jeonnam, winds may blow strongly with instantaneous speeds of 55 km/h (15 m/s) or higher, so please pay attention to facility management and safety accidents."
