원본보기 아이콘Jeong Junho, a lawmaker from the Democratic Party of Korea and head of the Gwangju Buk-gu Gap district committee, held a 'Party Member Victory Rally' at the multipurpose auditorium in Buk-gu Sihwa Culture Village on the afternoon of the 11th, with 300 key party members in attendance, reaffirming their commitment to regime change.
Participants reflected on the 123 days of struggle that led to the impeachment of Yoon Suk-yeol, pledged to take action for victory in the presidential election, and confirmed their strong solidarity and determination through the reading of a resolution and the chanting of slogans.
Representative Jeong stated, "The impeachment of Yoon Suk-yeol was a great victory achieved by the power of the people and party members. Now, it is time to move toward regime change to put an end to the rebellion," and added, "The Democratic Party of Korea's Gwangju Buk-gu Gap will once again take the lead."
