In the third week of this month (April), Rokit Healthcare, Now Robotics, Organoid Science, and Wonil TNI will conduct demand forecasting for institutional investors. Scek is preparing for a general subscription.
◆Rokit Healthcare= Rokit Healthcare is a company that develops and supplies advanced regenerative medical solutions such as diabetic foot treatment, skin regeneration, cartilage regeneration, and kidney regeneration based on its unique technology called 'AI hyper-personalized customized organ regeneration platform.' It helps treatment by producing patient-specific patches or organs using artificial intelligence software and medical 3D bio-printers.
It plans to offer a total of 1.56 million shares. The desired public offering price range is 11,000 to 13,000 KRW. Demand forecasting for institutional investors will be conducted from the 14th to the 18th, followed by a general subscription on the 23rd and 24th. The lead underwriters are SK Securities and KB Securities.
◆Now Robotics= Established in 2016, Now Robotics is an intelligent robot specialized company with a product lineup covering industrial robots such as pick-and-place robots, Cartesian robots, multi-joint robots, SCARA robots, and autonomous logistics robots across various industries.
The total number of shares offered is 2.5 million, with a desired price range of 5,900 to 6,800 KRW per share. The total offering size is between 14.7 billion and 17 billion KRW. Demand forecasting for institutional investors will be held from the 14th to the 18th, and general subscription will take place on the 24th and 25th. The lead underwriter is Daishin Securities, with IM Securities as a co-underwriter.
◆Organoid Science= Founded in 2018, Organoid Science is primarily engaged in developing treatments for intractable diseases using 'organoid' technology, which reproduces human organs by three-dimensional culturing of stem cells. Organoids exhibit excellent regenerative ability when transplanted into damaged tissues and have high fidelity to the human body, making them highly useful as models to evaluate the efficacy of new drugs, health functional foods, cosmetics, and other new materials.
The total number of shares offered is 1.2 million, with a desired price range of 17,000 to 21,000 KRW per share. Demand forecasting for institutional investors will be conducted over five business days from the 16th to the 22nd to finalize the public offering price, followed by a general subscription from the 25th to the 28th before listing. The lead underwriter is Korea Investment & Securities.
◆Wonil TNI= Wonil TNI is a company supplying various products through localization of core products across eco-friendly energy sectors such as hydrogen, LNG, and nuclear power. Since its establishment in 1998, Wonil TNI has grown based on the gas facility business, expanded into nuclear and LNG businesses in the early 2000s, and entered the hydrogen business around 2020 in response to changes in the energy paradigm.
Through this initial public offering (IPO), a total of 1.2 million shares will be offered, with a desired price range of 11,500 to 13,500 KRW. Demand forecasting will be conducted over five days from the 16th to the 22nd, followed by general investor subscription on the 24th and 25th. The lead underwriter is NH Investment & Securities.
◆Scek= The total number of shares offered is 1.2 million, with a desired price range of 13,000 to 15,000 KRW per share. The total offering size is expected to be between 15.6 billion and 18 billion KRW, with an estimated market capitalization of approximately 113.4 billion to 130.9 billion KRW. The demand forecasting period for institutional investors ends on the 14th, and the general investor subscription will take place over two days on the 17th and 18th. Shin Young Securities is the lead underwriter.
Scek is a specialized inspection equipment company developing inspection and analysis devices, established in 2000. Scek holds original technology for inspection equipment and core components based on electron beam generation device technology and manufactures and supplies X-ray inspection equipment for semiconductors and batteries using this technology.
