KH Construction Decides on Third-Party Allocation Paid-in Capital Increase Worth 13.3 Billion KRW

KH Construction, a KOSDAQ-listed company, announced on the 10th that it has decided on a third-party allotment capital increase worth approximately 13.3 billion KRW.


The issue price is 5,008 KRW, and 2.66 million new shares will be issued. The third-party allotment targets are related companies BNS Johap (2 million shares), FS Planning (340,000 shares), and YK Partners (320,000 shares).


KH Construction stated that the purpose of this capital increase is "to raise necessary funds for achieving management objectives."
