He also said, "In the case of the Sejong office, work can be conducted at the Central Building of the Government Complex Sejong, and for the Seoul office, using the Blue House's State Guest House, Yeomin-gwan, or the Financial Training Institute building, which was used by the presidential transition committee, can avoid constitutional controversies," adding, "The preparation period of 2 to 3 months is sufficient, and the period can be shortened through concentrated construction. It depends on how quickly decisions and preparations are made."
He continued, "There has also been a review result showing no issues with security and protection," emphasizing, "Since this year's budget for purchasing the office site has been allocated, the move can be made as soon as the new construction is completed."
