The machines installed at Sangnoksu Station Plaza and Korea University Hospital support four languages: Japanese, Chinese, Filipino, and Vietnamese, while the other five locations support five languages: English, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese.

With the introduction of this foreign language support service, seven types of documents can be issued: family relation certificate, basic certificate, marriage relation certificate, resident registration copy, resident registration abstract, land register, and building register. However, the issued documents will be printed in Korean. The city plans to analyze user responses and demand during machine operation to consider expanding foreign language support services.

Lee Min-geun, Mayor of Ansan City, said, "We will continue to expand inclusive administrative services for vulnerable groups in civil affairs."
