The largest Zara store in the Yeongnam region has opened.
Lotte Mall Dongbusan announced on the 10th that it has attracted the global fashion brand Zara, and that the store, equipped with innovative technology, has officially started operations.
Zara at Lotte Mall Dongbusan, the 32nd Zara to open in Korea, boasts a floor space of 3,523 square meters (1,065 pyeong), making it the largest single-floor Zara store in the country and the largest in a non-metropolitan area.
The Zara store at Lotte Mall Dongbusan features the brand’s new concept from its headquarters, with an interior design that uses white as the base color, complemented by wooden furniture and plants. The store creates a bright and nature-friendly atmosphere and integrates women’s, men’s, and children’s collections into a single open space, enhancing the sense of openness.
A special curation space has been set up so that customers can view the collections at a glance. The “Shoes & Bag Zone” spotlights accessory products such as shoes and bags, allowing customers to discover a variety of items in one place. Some products are displayed throughout the store alongside apparel collections, suggesting natural styling ideas.
With its spacious and pleasant environment, the store offers all categories of Zara products. By presenting a diverse and segmented product lineup and various curations, the store aims to attract a wide range of customers. The BABY section (0?18 months) will also be launched here, making its debut in the Yeongnam region.
This Zara store has introduced a variety of innovative technologies to maximize customer shopping convenience. The department store explained that it provides convenient features linked with the Zara mobile application, seamlessly connecting online and offline experiences.
For enhanced payment convenience, the store has established the largest “Assisted Self-Checkout Zone” in Korea. By greatly expanding the space where customers can pay for products themselves, the store has reduced waiting times and optimized the shopping flow. Dedicated desks for refunds, product inquiries, and online store product pickups also enable systematic customer service.
The store offers integrated online-offline digital services so customers can enjoy the convenience and speed of the online store in the offline space as well. Visitors can use features such as “Click & Find” and “Click & Try” in the “Store Mode” of the Zara mobile application to quickly locate products. Customers can also reserve fitting rooms in advance, enjoying a convenient digital service experience.
To celebrate the grand opening, Zara at Lotte Mall Dongbusan is preparing various promotions. From April 10 to 13, customers who spend over 100,000 won will receive a tote bag featuring the “Zara Busan” logo, and those who spend over 200,000 or 400,000 won will receive a Lotte Mobile Gift Certificate worth 5% of their purchase, offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yoon Hyungjin, Store Manager at Lotte Mall Dongbusan, said, “This is the largest Zara store in the Yeongnam region, where you can experience all of Zara’s high-quality products in the largest and best shopping environment. We invite you to experience a variety of fashion trends in a more spacious and convenient shopping environment.”
