Sunny (real name Lee Soon-kyu), a member of the girl group Girls' Generation, is stepping up as a producer at her uncle Lee Soo-man's company.
A20 Entertainment, an entertainment agency founded by former SM Chief Producer Lee Soo-man, announced on the 10th that they recently signed an exclusive contract with Sunny. Sunny is currently undergoing producing training under the guidance of producer Yoo Young-jin.
A20 stated, "She is designing training programs for the agency's trainees, providing psychological care, and styling support." They also added, "Sunny is participating in video content filming and is also instructing choreography."
Sunny's joining was recently revealed through A20's YouTube channel. A video uploaded on the 7th showed Sunny overseeing the recordings of trainees who had left for a training camp in the United States, sparking numerous speculations.
Sunny debuted in 2007 as a member of Girls' Generation and ended her exclusive contract with SM Entertainment in August 2023. She is the youngest daughter of Lee Soo-young, the older brother of producer Lee Soo-man. Lee Soo-young is the CEO of the entertainment agency Star World and previously produced the group Sugar.
