First-priority subscription is available to residents aged 19 or older of Namyangju-si (designated area) and the metropolitan area (other areas) who have held a subscription savings account for at least 12 months and meet the deposit requirements by region and area. Regardless of home ownership, both household heads and household members can apply as first priority. Resale is allowed one year after the resident selection date.

The 74㎡A type is designed as an efficient and compact space, the 84㎡A type secures a spacious interior and abundant storage space, and the 84㎡B type features a vertically elongated layout that places the kitchen and living room spaciously, with a two-sided open structure to enhance lighting and ventilation efficiency.

The greatest strength of Doosan We’ve The Zenith Pyeongnae-Hopyeong Station N49 is its ultra-station-front location. It is a 2-minute walk to Pyeongnae-Hopyeong Station (Gyeongchun Line). The Pyeongnae IC on the Suseok-Hopyeong Urban Expressway is nearby, allowing access to Jamsil Station within 20 minutes, and travel to the northeastern part of Seoul is convenient via Singyeongchun-ro. Once the GTX-B (planned) line is completed, the commuting time to Seoul Station, which currently takes over an hour, is expected to be drastically reduced to around 20 minutes.

Located in the commercial district of Hopyeong Residential Land Development Zone, it is adjacent to E-Mart to the north, and within a 10-minute walk are Megabox, the community center, and the post office. Residents can enjoy a pleasant natural environment with Sareungcheon Stream flowing in front of the complex, Yakdaeul Sports Park, Hopyeong Sports and Culture Center, Cheonmasan Mountain, and Baekbongsan Mountain. The school district includes Pyeongnae Elementary, Hopyeong Middle, and Hopyeong High Schools, and nearby academies are accessible on foot. Community facilities include a fitness center, screen golf, lounge, small library, daycare center, and a shared care center.

As the first 'Doosan We’ve The Zenith' complex developed in Namyangju, innovative exterior designs have been applied. The signature rooftop structure and premium facade with railing-free double-glazed windows maximize openness. Residents can conveniently control their living spaces using the 'Homenic Home Platform Service.' In addition to existing smart home services such as energy management, community facility reservations, visitor vehicle registration, and appliance control, it also supports management fee inquiries, defect repair requests, group purchases, and meeting management.

A sales representative explained, "We have configured various floor plans from small units to large penthouses to offer choices suitable for different lifestyles and family compositions. With the future opening of the GTX-B line, transportation accessibility will improve further, and the residential value of the complex is expected to continue rising."
