Pursuing Optimization of Legacy Sectors and Maximizing Profits
Expanding the Proportion of New Businesses Including Music IP

SLL is taking concrete steps to establish itself as a global intellectual property (IP) powerhouse. On the 10th, CEO Yoon Ki-yoon revealed this year's business strategy, stating, "We will optimize legacy sectors and maximize profits while expanding the proportion of new businesses."

SLL aims to diversify its revenue structure by producing content in a wider range of genres and formats. In the drama and film sectors, which have traditionally been the focus, the company plans to optimize the quantity of produced content and complete highly competitive works to build a solid foundation. More than twenty channel-tailored contents such as "Cheongukboda Areumdawoon" (More Beautiful Than Heaven), "Good Boy," "Cashier," and "I Byeore Piryohan" (Needed on This Star) will be produced and supplied to domestic and international OTT platforms and channels to maximize profitability.


In the entertainment sector, which saw success last year with "Heukbaek Yorisah: Yori Gyegup Jeonjaeng Season 1" (Black and White Chef: Cooking Class War Season 1), SLL will take a bold step with seasonal productions. Collaborating with domestic and international platforms, it will present mega-hit IPs such as "Heukbaek Yorisah: Yori Gyegup Jeonjaeng Season 2," "Crime Scene Zero," "Singer Gain 4," and "Top Class Makeup Survival - Just Makeup."


SLL is also venturing into the music IP business. It has already established the management label Uncore and recruited Creative Director Lee Hae-in, completing its preparations. On the 2nd, the group Close Your Eyes released their mini-album "Eternalty." The album reached number one on music shows just six days after debut, signaling a positive outlook.

Strengthening competitiveness through collaboration with overseas production companies is also being concretized. On the 18th, the drama "Mamool," co-produced with TV Asahi, will air in Japan, and remake contracts have been signed with broadcasters and production companies in Turkey and Thailand to create additional joint works. The U.S. production company wiip will supply various works to local platforms starting with season 3 of "The Summer I Turned Pretty" in the second half of the year. An official stated, "As global markets and platforms continue to show interest in K-content, we will produce content in various genres and formats to diversify our revenue structure."
