Loan Finance Industry Donates 50 Million Won in Wildfire Relief Funds to the Red Cross

The Seoul Metropolitan Branch of the Korean Red Cross (Chairman Kwon Young-gyu) announced on the 9th that the Korea Loan Finance Association (Chairman Jung Sung-woong), along with 15 loan finance companies including Youngil Asset Management Loan, Baro Credit Loan, Daehan Debt Management Loan, and A-One Loan Capital, donated 50 million won to aid in the recovery from the wildfire damage.


Jung Sung-woong, Chairman of the Korea Loan Finance Association, said, "We extend our deepest condolences to the residents and field personnel who suffered great damage from the sudden wildfire," and added, "The association and its member companies have united their efforts to provide even a small support so that the affected residents can quickly regain hope and return to a stable life."


The Seoul branch of the Red Cross started an emergency fundraising campaign on the 26th of last month to help the victims affected by this wildfire.
