On the 10th, Lee Chan-woo, Chairman of NongHyup Financial Group, emphasized the importance of ethical management in a CEO message to employees.

NongHyup Financial conducts company-wide ethics and compliance training throughout the year to raise employees' ethical awareness and strengthen the compliance management system. The first session of the training highlighted the importance of ethical management to NongHyup Financial employees through a CEO message video from Chairman Lee Chan-woo.

The chairman urged the importance of ethical compliance management and internal control at NongHyup Financial, protection of financial consumers, prevention of financial accidents, establishment of sound financial order, and protection of customer rights.

He also stated, "There is no future for a financial company without customer trust," adding, "If we all recognize the importance of internal control and prioritize the prevention of financial accidents, NongHyup Financial will become a stronger organization."

The ethics and compliance training at NongHyup Financial Group is a program that implements a clean NongHyup by educating employees on types of financial accidents, accountability structures, and the code of conduct for NongHyup Financial employees through a weekly training system, thereby strengthening employees' ethical awareness. Various programs such as NH ethical management self-assessments and participatory campaigns will be conducted for employees to induce changes in NongHyup Financial's corporate culture.
