Da-Jungso Agricultural and Fisheries Cooperation Foundation, Byeon Taeseop Appointed as 7th Secretary-General

"We Will Prepare and Promote Innovation Plans for the Foundation"

The Foundation for Large, Small and Medium Enterprises and Agriculture-Fishery Cooperation announced on the 10th that Byeon Tae-seop has taken office as the 7th Secretary General.

In his inaugural speech, Secretary General Byeon said, "In the rapidly changing domestic and international economic environment, it is necessary to redefine the foundation's role to enhance sustainability as a dedicated institution for win-win cooperation," adding, "We will prepare and promote innovation plans for the foundation through a process of gathering diverse internal and external opinions."


Secretary General Byeon graduated with a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Korea University and a master's degree in Public Administration from Washington State University in the United States. After passing the 38th Administrative Examination, he served as Director of Policy Coordination at the Small and Medium Business Administration, Director of Operations Support, Director of Small Business Policy at the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and Director of Planning and Coordination. His term is three years.


The foundation is a dedicated institution for win-win cooperation that supports various cooperative projects between private companies and rural/agricultural and fishery communities to enhance competitiveness between large and small-medium enterprises and to resolve polarization.
