Nakwol Blueheart Donates 150 Million Won for Wildfire Damage Recovery in Gyeongbuk

Domestic offshore wind power company Nakwol Blueheart announced on the 3rd that it donated 150 million KRW to support recovery efforts for the wildfire damage in Gyeongbuk.

On the previous day, Nakwol Blueheart delivered 150 million KRW in donations for wildfire recovery to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association. The National Disaster Relief Association is a non-profit public organization that promptly conducts emergency relief activities whenever disasters such as floods, typhoons, earthquakes, wildfires, fires, and infectious diseases occur.

A representative of Nakwol Blueheart stated, “We hope this small contribution will help the local residents who have suffered the loss of their homes and precious lives due to the large-scale wildfire.”

Nakwol Blueheart, which is promoting the Nakwol offshore wind power project (major shareholders include Myeongwoon Industrial Development and Thai energy company B.Grimm Power), previously donated 200 million KRW to support victims and families affected by the Jeju Air passenger plane accident that occurred at Muan Airport, Jeonnam, on December 31 of last year.
