[Breaking] Fire at Daycare Center Building in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju... Firefighting Underway

At around 1:45 p.m. on the 31st, a fire broke out in a daycare center building in Singa-dong, Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju.
The fire spread, sending black smoke into the air and reaching nearby areas densely packed with hospitals and commercial buildings. Fire authorities, who were dispatched after receiving a report, began extinguishing the fire and searching the interior of the building. So far, no casualties have been reported.
Fire authorities plan to investigate the exact cause of the fire once the flames are fully contained.
