Align "Holds 6.64% Stake in Stick Investment"

Activist fund Align Partners has newly acquired a 6.64% stake in private equity firm Stick Investment.

According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 28th, Align Partners Asset Management announced through a disclosure that it holds 2,769,478 shares of Stick Investment. When the holding ratio exceeds 5% through on-market purchases, a new reporting obligation arises. The purpose of holding is general investment.

Previously, Align began purchasing shares of Stick Investment on the market starting from the 20th. During this process, Stick Investment's stock price surged by more than 20%.
