Raonpeople announced on the 28th that it unveiled the generative AI agent platform 'HI FENN' at the 'AI Tour in Seoul' hosted by Microsoft.

HI FENN is an AI agent platform expected to drive business innovation. Beyond a simple chatbot, it offers the capability to create generative AI agents specialized for each task, simultaneously enhancing corporate work efficiency and productivity.

Through the DEEPSCAN engine, it comprehensively analyzes document layouts as well as charts, tables, and text. It automatically supports corrections by considering the context of typos and damaged text, and improves overall work efficiency with multilingual services.

At this 'Microsoft AI Tour,' Raonpeople focused on introducing how 'HI FENN' expands the Microsoft ecosystem.

A Raonpeople representative stated, "Manufacturing companies often store data in local resources and proprietary systems due to equipment operation and strict security requirements, making integration with other systems difficult." He added, "HI FENN supports easy integration with databases of such local resources and proprietary systems."
