The total supply this time is 4,075 households. It is divided into 1,776 units for youth and 2,299 units for newlywed/newborn households. Those who meet the application qualifications and pass the screening can move in as early as the end of June.
Youth purchase rental housing is supplied to unmarried youth without housing at rental rates of about 40-50% of the market price. They can reside for up to 10 years.
For newlywed/newborn households, two types are provided according to income level. Type I is at 30-40% of the market price, and Type II is at 70-80%. The target households are those with an average urban worker income of 70% (90% for dual-income) or less for Type I, and 130% (200% for dual-income) or less for Type II.
Households that have given birth, adopted, or confirmed pregnancy within the last two years are classified as "newborn households" and are given priority as the first priority. Newlywed couples within seven years of marriage, prospective newlyweds, and households with children under six years old can also apply.
Those who wish to move in can apply from the 27th on the LH Subscription Plus website. The 3,075 units supplied by the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) can be applied for there, and the remaining 1,000 units can be checked on the websites of local public institutions such as the Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH).
Kim Do-gon, Director of the Housing Welfare Support Division at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, said, "As this is the first purchase rental supply of the year, we will do our best to support youth and newlyweds so that they can start anew with stability."
