The exterior features a luxurious curtain wall finish, and various areas such as the central plaza, commercial gate, common halls, and sculptures within the plaza showcase Craig&Karl’s artworks.

The commercial facility within the complex, ‘Papier Godeok,’ also applies Craig&Karl’s creative designs, featuring an interior that stands out from typical commercial spaces. Block 9-2-1 includes 556 units of the same size range, with floors from basement level 4 to ground level 3 up to a maximum of 41 floors.

The complex boasts a maximum height of 45 floors, offering an unobstructed sky view that captures the surrounding area at a glance. Notably, while most private supply units in Godeok New Town are medium to large-sized, ‘Godeok Yubora The Crest’ stands out with its units sized between 59 and 84 square meters, emphasizing its rarity.
