Hanwha General Insurance Approves Establishment of Internal Control Committee at Regular Shareholders' Meeting on the 19th

Hanwha General Insurance has reappointed CEO Na Chaebum.

According to financial sources on the 20th, Hanwha General Insurance held a shareholders' meeting the day before, reappointing CEO Na Chaebum and approving the establishment of an internal control committee.

CEO Na was born in 1965 and was appointed as CEO of Hanwha General Insurance through the 2023 regular shareholders' meeting. He previously served as head of Hanwha Life's Gyeongbuk regional office, head of the management team, head of the personal support team, head of the CPC strategy office, and leader of the change innovation promotion task force. Just before becoming CEO, he served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and head of the management innovation division.

At this shareholders' meeting, Hanwha General Insurance also reappointed inside director Seo Jihoon and newly appointed inside director Park Sungkyu.
