IGNet announced on the 17th that it will acquire 2,350 shares of software development company PeopleSoft for 1 billion KRW. After the acquisition, IGNet's stake in PeopleSoft will be 19.02%. The scheduled acquisition date is the 18th.
The company stated that the purpose of the acquisition is "to secure business competitiveness through synergy creation with existing businesses."
