GS Construction announced on the 14th that it will significantly revamp its '2025 Talent Development Program' to strengthen its organization and global competitiveness.
Last year, GS Construction established four training programs by year to enhance the expertise of on-site personnel, who are the core of construction companies. The newly introduced 'Pre-CM Course' focused on strengthening practical skills such as leadership required as a CM (Construction Manager), initial site setup management, site profit and loss management, and construction-related laws.

Additionally, starting this year, the company plans to expand university-linked degree and non-degree programs, including those with real estate graduate schools.
The overseas training programs to develop the global sensibility of outstanding talent will also be strengthened. First, the 'GS Beyond Innovation Course' held in Silicon Valley, USA, has been enhanced. The 'GS Beyond Innovation Course' selects executives and leaders to provide insights into future industries through innovation cases of global companies.
A new 'UW Management Course' will also be established at the University of Washington (UW) campus in Seattle, USA. Through this course, participants can directly attend lectures by UW faculty on various topics such as AI and climate change.
A GS Construction official stated, "We will continue to make active investments and support to do our best in nurturing talent that will lead the future construction industry."
