The Dongmun 1-dong Administrative Welfare Center in Seosan-si, Chungnam, held a grand opening ceremony on the 28th of last month. To enhance the safety and aesthetic completion of the new building, Booyoung Mulsan took charge of installing the railings, boasting a high level of craftsmanship.

Booyoung Mulsan Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in railing design and construction. In this Dongmun 1-dong Administrative Welfare Center new building project, they carried out optimal railing design and installation.

The new building has a total floor area of 2,548.9㎡, consisting of one basement floor and three above-ground floors, equipped with various spaces such as a civil service office, meeting rooms, and a residents' self-governing education room. Accordingly, railings that ensure safety while harmonizing with the space were essential for the interior and exterior stairs and corridors of the building.

In particular, the exterior glass railings installed by Booyoung Mulsan attracted much attention for their sophisticated design and precise construction. Using transparent tempered laminated glass, they maximized openness while maintaining strong durability to ensure safety.

Additionally, they play a role in harmonizing with the building’s modern exterior and further beautifying the urban landscape. Through this project, Booyoung Mulsan presented high-quality railings that consider design elements beyond simple safety facilities.

Booyoung Mulsan installed sturdy railings that meet the latest safety standards while applying sleek finishing touches that complement the modern architectural design of the Dongmun 1-dong Administrative Welfare Center. In particular, they used premium materials resistant to corrosion and discoloration to reduce maintenance costs, and designed with user convenience in mind to satisfy both safety and practicality.
