Hyosung Heavy Industries and Jinheung Construction to Build, Hyosung 'Harrington Square Sangok Station' Launches Sales in April

"Harrington Square Sangok Station," constructed by Hyosung Heavy Industries and Jinheung Enterprise, is attracting attention ahead of its April sale. This large-scale complex is located right in front of Sangok Station on Line 7, boasting excellent access to Seoul and abundant living infrastructure.

Located in the Sangok 1-dong area of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City (Bupyeong Sangok Redevelopment Maintenance Project), "Harrington Square Sangok Station" will rise up to 45 floors above ground, featuring a large-scale complex with a total of 2,475 households. Among these, 1,248 units are scheduled for general sale, with construction handled by Hyosung Heavy Industries, an affiliate of the Hyosung Group, and Jinheung Enterprise.

The complex's greatest advantage is its ultra-station area location, just 150 meters from Sangok Station on Line 7. Using Line 7, it takes about 30 minutes to reach Gasan Digital Complex and under an hour to Gangnam. Additionally, from Sangok Station, it is about a 10-minute ride to Bupyeong Station (Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1, Incheon Line 1), where the GTX-B (planned) line will open. For car users, quick access to Seoul and various parts of the metropolitan area is possible via the Gyeongin Expressway (Bupyeong IC) and the Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway (Jungdong IC).

"Harrington Square Sangok Station" not only offers excellent transportation but also various living infrastructures that enhance residential value. Sangok Elementary School and Sangok Elementary School Attached Kindergarten are located right in front of the complex, and excellent school districts such as Sangok Middle School, Cheongcheon Middle School, Seil High School, Incheon Foreign Language High School, and Myeongshin Girls' High School are within walking distance.

Moreover, a large commercial facility (planned) will be built within the complex, allowing residents to enjoy convenient one-stop living. Lotte Mart is located opposite the complex, and various convenience facilities such as hospitals and restaurants are concentrated around Sangok Station and the main road. In particular, the northern side of the complex, the former military base site, is planned to be developed into a large-scale complex shopping mall, providing even richer living infrastructure. To the north of the complex lie Jangsu Mountain and Wonjeok Mountain Park, offering a pleasant natural environment and direct connection to Wonjeok Mountain Trail, a representative walking course in Incheon.

The residential conditions around Hyosung’s "Harrington Square Sangok Station" are steadily improving, raising expectations for the formation of a new residential town. Redevelopment projects are underway in various areas around the complex, including Sangok 6 District to the north, Hanyang Apartment Complex 2 to the south, and Sangok 3 District, transforming the surroundings into an emerging residential town with about 15,000 households. The 3rd Supply Unit and Bupyeong US Military Base (Camp Market) are also planned to be developed into parks and green spaces, promising continuous improvement in residential infrastructure.

The product quality befitting a large complex under the single Hyosung Harrington brand is also notable. It is composed of various sizes from small to medium-large units. The exclusive area of 39㎡ is expected to appeal to the increasing number of 1-2 person households, while the 84㎡ units offer 4-bay layouts, alpha rooms, and three-sided balconies depending on the type, enhancing space efficiency. The 96㎡ units are designed with a 4-bay layout, alpha rooms, and dressing rooms to allow for a more spacious indoor living environment.

Within the complex, diverse community facilities such as a fitness center, GX room, indoor golf practice range, sauna, small library, kids cafe, and social kitchen will be established to increase resident satisfaction.

Meanwhile, the model house for Hyosung Harrington Square Sangok Station, constructed by Hyosung Heavy Industries and Jinheung Enterprise, is scheduled to open in April in Sangok 1-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, on the site of the complex.
