The fire authorities issued a Level 1 response at around 10:13 a.m. that day, requested the Disaster Medical Assistance Team (DMAT), and ordered the dispatch of an emergency response team. Twenty-three fire trucks and 78 personnel were deployed to manage the scene. The authorities lifted the Level 1 response at around 10:47 a.m.
According to the fire authorities, at around 10:05 a.m., shells fell on the roadside near Nangyudaegyo Bridge in Nogok-ri, Idong-myeon, Pocheon-si. This incident resulted in 15 injuries. The fire authorities classified the injuries as 2 serious and 13 minor, and it is reported that military personnel were also among the injured.
