On the 27th, Seogu announced that a nonagenarian, whose name was not disclosed, donated 3 million won to the Wolpyeong 2-dong Administrative Welfare Center the previous day. The grandmother (93), who requested anonymity, said, "I have never helped the country, but I have always been grateful that the country took good care of me," adding, "It is not a large amount, but I hope it helps children who do not give up on their dreams despite difficult circumstances."
