Hoban Scholarship Foundation Awards 900 Million KRW in Scholarships to 300 Students... "Accelerating the Development of Future Talent"

Hoban Group's Hoban Scholarship Foundation announced on the 25th that it held the '2025 Hoban Scholarship Award Ceremony.' A total of 900 million KRW in scholarships was awarded to over 300 scholarship recipients.

The ceremony took place at Hoban Park Building 2 in Seocho-gu, Seoul. Key figures including Chairman Kim Sang-yeol, Hoban Group Chairman Kim Seon-gyu, Planning General Manager Kim Dae-heon, as well as scholarship recipients and about 100 executives and employees attended.

The Hoban Scholarship Foundation operates various scholarship programs, including the selection of 'Hobanhoe Scholars' who receive tuition support for eight semesters of university, scholarships for nurturing local talents, and companion scholarships.

Chairman Kim Sang-yeol stated, "I hope the scholarship recipients grow into leaders who have a positive impact at the center of change," and added, "We will continue to support the cultivation of future innovative talents."

Meanwhile, the Hoban Scholarship Foundation, established in 1999 with Chairman Kim Sang-yeol's personal donation, has produced approximately 9,800 scholarship recipients to date. The cumulative scholarship amount reaches 17.7 billion KRW.
