A Chinese national in his 60s, identified as Mr. A, died while being transported to a nearby hospital, and Mr. B, who was being searched for, was found in cardiac arrest at around 2:20 p.m.
Of the 10 people involved in the collapse, four (two Koreans and two Chinese nationals) have died, five sustained serious injuries, and one suffered minor injuries.
The accident occurred at around 9:49 a.m. at the border between Ipjang-myeon in Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province, and Seoun-myeon in Anseong, Gyeonggi Province.
