‘Seoul One I-Park,’ which was considered the biggest catch in Gangbuk at the end of last year and attracted tens of thousands of applicants, ranking first in the Hogangnono monthly search rankings, is currently conducting the final designated contracts for the remaining units.

Supplied through the development of the Gwangwoon University Station area, ‘Seoul One I-Park’ is being built on a total site of 150,000㎡, with approximately 77,586㎡ allocated for 1,856 sale-type apartments, 408 public rental units, and 768 residence rooms, totaling 3,032 units. The complex consists of 8 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 49 above-ground floors.

Among these, 1,856 sale-type apartments in 6 buildings of ‘Seoul One I-Park’ were supplied in November last year. According to HDC Hyundai Development Company, ‘Seoul One I-Park’ currently shows a contract rate of over 90%, with contracts available only for certain housing types.

In particular, with the recent reform of the non-ranking subscription system and the strengthening of actual residence and residential area requirements, the threshold for the so-called lottery subscription craze has risen, so the remaining units of Seoul One I-Park are also expected to be quickly sold out.

A representative of Seoul One I-Park said, “Contracts from buyers who foresee the future value of Seoul One I-Park, where work, residence, and leisure are all integrated through the development of the Gwangwoon University Station area, are steadily continuing, and we are approaching a complete sell-out. With the 768 residence rooms within the Seoul One site also scheduled for supply within the year, we expect not only increased interest from buyers but also a rise in the value of Seoul One I-Park.”

The name of the complex, Seoul One, means a vast circle that embraces life. It represents a grand scope that contains the future value of Seoul, aiming to supply a single town that encompasses all elements of life within a 1km radius, according to HDC Hyundai Development Company’s position.

‘Seoul One I-Park’ is supplied through the development of the Gwangwoon University Station area, with a project cost reaching approximately 4.5 trillion KRW. It is a project to create a large-scale shopping mall and residential complex on the site of a large logistics facility relocation located between Gwangwoon University Station and Seokgye Station in Nowon-gu, Seoul.

HDC Hyundai Development Company, responsible for the project development, plans to create a future-oriented urban center where people, nature, and the urban environment coexist. It is Korea’s first and Seoul’s largest large-scale project integrating residential, cultural, business, tourism, and medical sectors in one place, raising high expectations to become a landmark representing the northeastern area of Seoul.

In fact, within the Seoul One development site, not only residential facilities but also HDC Hyundai Development Company is planning to relocate its headquarters, which is expected to attract a significant influx of office demand. Additionally, the area will feature the first global 5-star hotel in the region, ‘Marriott Seoul One,’ and a CGV theater with an IMAX screening room, providing a living environment where work, residence, and leisure can all be enjoyed.
