Shinyoung C&D Appoints Lee Seung-min, Former Daewoo Construction Executive, as CEO

Shinyoung Group announced on the 20th that it has appointed Vice President Lee Seung-min as the new CEO of its construction affiliate, Shinyoung C&D.
CEO Lee graduated from Hanyang University with a degree in Architectural Engineering and joined Daewoo Construction in 1993, where he worked for over 30 years. From 2022 until last year, he served as an executive director, leading various projects while moving between field sites and headquarters.
He holds numerous construction-related qualifications, including Master Engineer in Architectural Design and Construction, Master Engineer in Quality Control, Intermediate Engineer in Construction Project Management, and Construction Safety Engineer.
He has been recognized for his achievements in field safety management and quality, receiving awards such as the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Award (2023), the Minister of Employment and Labor Award (2020), and the Chairman’s Commendation from the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency (2016).
A Shinyoung Group official stated, "Given CEO Lee’s extensive experience across both field operations and overall management, we expect him to contribute to stable business operations and strengthening competitiveness."
