DL E&C announced on the 20th that it will open housing exhibition centers in Dongdaegu and Cheonan and begin its first sales in 2025. The projects are ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Dongdaegu Station Centum Square’ and ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Seongseong Lake Park.’ Both complexes will open their housing exhibition centers on the 21st and start full-scale sales.

원본보기 아이콘‘e-Pyeonhansesang Dongdaegu Station Centum Square’ is located on the site of the former Dongdaegu Express Bus Terminal in Dong-gu, Daegu. It boasts excellent accessibility with four lines including Daegu Subway Line 1, KTX, SRT, and the planned Line 4 (EXCO Line). The complex consists of four buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to 24 above-ground floors, totaling 322 households. It is mainly composed of medium to large-sized units, which are highly preferred in Daegu. Additionally, all units are supplied through general sales. In front of the complex are Shinsegae Department Store and Marriott Hotel, and a large-scale commercial facility is also planned.
‘e-Pyeonhansesang Seongseong Lake Park,’ located in the Seongseong district of Cheonan, is a large complex consisting of 13 buildings with 39 floors, totaling 1,763 households. Seongseong Lake Park is situated in front of the complex, offering waterfront views. A neighborhood park of approximately 30,000㎡ is planned between the complex and the lake, providing a pleasant residential environment. Units of various sizes ranging from 84㎡ to 191㎡ will be supplied. Notably, high-end community facilities, a sky lounge, and a resort-style guest house stand out. The proximity to Samsung SDI Cheonan Plant and various industrial complexes also offers favorable conditions for living close to work.
The subscription schedule, including special supply, for both complexes will be held from March 4 to 6. The announcement of winners is scheduled for the 12th. The official contracts will begin on March 24 for each complex.
