On the 19th, Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, took a commemorative photo with attendees at the on-site meeting titled "The Trump Era: The Korea-US Alliance and the Vision for the Shipbuilding Industry and K-Defense" held at the Korea Defense Industry Promotion Association in Mapo-gu, Seoul. The meeting was attended by defense and shipbuilding industry officials including Kim Hee-chul, CEO of Hanwha Ocean, Choi Sung-an, Vice Chairman of Samsung Heavy Industries, and Lee Sang-gyun, CEO of HD Hyundai Heavy Industries.
