South Korea's largest small-caliber firearms manufacturer, SNT Motive, is accelerating its global sales activities to expand exports to the Middle Eastern defense market.
SNT Motive participated in the Middle East's largest defense exhibition, 'IDEX 2025 (International Defense Exhibition & Conference),' held from February 17 to 21 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The exhibition featured over 1,350 defense companies from 65 countries, and SNT Motive actively promoted and conducted sales activities by showcasing small-caliber firearms, including new sniper rifles, highlighting its technological capabilities and competitiveness.
SNT Motive prominently displayed new firearms such as the STSR23 semi-automatic sniper rifle with various barrel options and enhanced user convenience, the STSR20 anti-materiel sniper rifle capable of precision strikes on vehicles and light armored vehicles with long-range target suppression capabilities, and the STSM21 submachine gun designed for special operations with modularity and lightweight features to improve operability and convenience.
In addition, SNT Motive presented a full line-up of small-caliber firearms, including the K13 submachine gun for special operations, K4 high-speed grenade machine gun, K15 machine gun, K16 machine gun series, STP9 pistol, and low-risk pistols, attracting significant attention from many overseas military officials.
An SNT Motive representative stated, “We are continuously researching and developing small-caliber firearms that align with global trends to secure advanced technology proactively, as well as striving for convergence and fusion with other technologies. Amid rapidly changing international security dynamics, countries worldwide are newly recognizing the importance of defense. Accordingly, we will actively pursue sales activities not only in the Middle Eastern market but also in the global market to further enhance the reputation of 'K-Defense.'”
