Head Hanyangseok: "I Will Solidify the Compliance Management System"
Hoban Group announced on the 17th that it has appointed lawyer Hanyangseok as the Head of Compliance Management to strengthen its compliance management system. This appointment is a decision focused on enhancing the group's transparency and long-term growth. The newly appointed Head, Hanyangseok, is expected to lead the group's compliance management based on his extensive legal experience.
Head Hanyangseok began his public service career in 1988 as a judge at the Gwangju District Court after completing the 17th class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute. He then held various key positions including Supreme Court Research Judge, Judicial Research and Training Institute professor, Chief Judge at the Seoul Central District Court, and Seoul High Court. In 2013, he joined the law firm Gwangjang LLC as a litigation specialist lawyer.
In his inaugural remarks, Head Hanyangseok stated, “I intend to further solidify Hoban Group’s compliance management system,” adding, “As demands for corporate social responsibility and ethical management increase, I will focus on ensuring that Hoban Group achieves sound growth.”
