Gyeonggi Office of Education Produces and Distributes Video on 'Changing Gyeonggi Education'

The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education is producing a video titled ‘Changes in Gyeonggi Education in 2025’ ahead of the March school opening and distributing it to frontline schools.

The video focuses on policies newly established, expanded, or intensified this year, and is especially composed of 16 key tasks that require focused promotion at schools out of the 76 implementation tasks in the Gyeonggi Education Basic Plan.

The Office of Education uploaded the video on the 14th to its YouTube channel ‘GO3’ so that schools can use it as training material for curriculum preparation during the new school year preparation period.

The main video is divided into three areas: ▲ education that develops capabilities through school autonomy and responsibility ▲ education that unfolds dreams through regional cooperation ▲ education that expands learning beyond time and space.

Lim Tae-hee, Superintendent of Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education, stated, "The year 2025 will be the year when Gyeonggi’s future education is fully realized centered on schools where learning and growth take place," and emphasized, "We will actively support faculty and staff so they can demonstrate their capabilities in a better environment."
