Lotte Construction is launching its first ‘Lotte Castle’ apartment in Daejeon.
On the 14th, Lotte Construction opened the model house for ‘Daejeon Lotte Castle The First’ and officially began the subscription schedule. The complex is located at 394, Gao-dong, Dong-gu, Daejeon.
The complex consists of 10 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 33 above-ground floors, with a total of 952 households. Among them, 394 units will be sold to the general public. The supply area and number of units are divided into 59㎡ (Type A 173 units, Type B 180 units, Type C 18 units) and 74㎡ Type B 23 units.
The complex is conveniently located along Daejeon-ro and Daejeong-ro, making it easy to access the city center. It is close to the Tongyeong-Daejeon Expressway Panam IC and Nam Daejeon IC. Daejeon Station is also nearby, providing access to KTX, SRT, and Subway Line 1. In 2028, Subway Line 2 (tram) will run next to the complex. Bomunsan and Sikjangsan mountains are nearby, and the pedestrian path of Daejeoncheon Citizen Suspension Park is directly connected in front of the complex.
The complex will feature a sky lounge and sky guest house, which are being introduced for the first time in the region. It will also include a study room, book cafe, indoor golf club, and kids’ room.
Some units are designed with a 4-bay layout, dressing room, and alpha room to maximize space usage. A bay refers to a space with windows. A 4-bay layout means the living room and three bedrooms are arranged side by side facing the front balcony.
Subscriptions start with special supply on the 19th, followed by first priority on the 20th, and second priority general supply on the 21st. Winners will be announced on the 27th. Contracts will be signed from the 10th to the 12th of next month. To apply for first priority, applicants must have a subscription savings account for more than six months and meet the deposit requirements. Only residents of Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungnam are eligible.
A Lotte Construction official said, "We will enhance residents’ satisfaction by combining the Lotte Castle brand with a pleasant living environment and premium facilities." Move-in is scheduled for November 2027.
