On the 5th, NH Nonghyup Changwon Branch held an opening ceremony for the Changwon Agricultural Technology Center and the Changwon Workforce Brokerage Center and officially began operations.
The opening of the center is expected to play a positive role in the development of agriculture in Changwon by addressing the increasingly severe labor shortage in rural areas and providing new job opportunities to job seekers in the region.
Director Choi Myung-han said, “It is very meaningful to provide labor and jobs to farmers and job seekers through the opening of the Workforce Brokerage Center,” and added, “We will continue to show interest and make efforts to ensure the smooth operation of the center.”
Branch Manager Kim Gap-moon stated, “The Workforce Brokerage Center will play a significant role in solving the rural labor shortage problem by providing necessary labor to farmers free of charge,” and said, “We will continue to cooperate for the development of local agriculture and support for farmers, and strive to ensure the stable operation of the center.”
The operation is scheduled from February to December, and free applications and consultations are available by phone through the Changwon Workforce Brokerage Center.
