He has worked to ensure that residents' opinions are reflected in district policies through local legislative activities such as the ordinance for honoring and supporting exemplary military service families in Gwangsan District. He also raised his voice during a five-minute free speech session, urging citizens to participate in a fundraising campaign supporting victims of forced labor during the Japanese occupation.
In December last year, at the 261st City and Provincial Representatives’ Meeting, he officially submitted a proposal to the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, pointing out issues with the standard personnel expenses system and calling for improvements.
Chairman Kim stated, “I will carry out my legislative duties with an even greater sense of responsibility so that all residents can enjoy equal happiness within Gwangsan District.”
