Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on the 5th that it will newly open the 'Cheongju Osong Service Center' to enhance customer convenience in the Chungbuk region.
The service center is located in Osong-eup, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk. It is about 1 km from Osong Station and about 6 km from downtown Cheongju.
At the same time, it has 5 work bays capable of vehicle repairs, allowing up to 20 vehicles per day for regular inspections and general maintenance services. It is also equipped with specialized facilities for electric vehicle maintenance. Experts in automotive high-voltage systems and battery evaluation and repair are stationed on site.
The service center applies Mercedes-Benz's latest interior concept 'MAR 20X,' enhancing a customer-oriented digital experience. Customers can intuitively experience the vehicle and brand philosophy through videos and images on various digital signage installed at the service center.
Additionally, the existing 'Mercedes-Benz Cheongju Showroom' has relocated to the new service center building, enabling customers to use a 'one-stop' service for everything related to vehicles, from new car experience and purchase to maintenance.
Kim Najung, Vice President of Network Development and Training at Mercedes-Benz Korea, said, "Through the Cheongju Osong Service Center, the second service network in Chungbuk, we expect to provide faster and more professional maintenance services to customers in the Chungbuk area." He added, "We will continue to expand our network nationwide to improve service accessibility and offer high-quality services that meet customer expectations."
