GH Holds 'Key Business Plans by Headquarters' Report Meeting on the 4th

Kim Se-yong, President of Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation, is speaking at the business briefing session on the 4th.

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) held the '2025 Major Business Plan Report Meeting by Headquarters' on the 4th at its headquarters in Gwanggyo, Suwon, with all employees in attendance.

The meeting was conducted in a manner where superiors reported to subordinates. This was an attempt to break away from the traditional hierarchical reporting culture and foster an open organizational culture.

During the meeting, the heads of departments presented their major business plans for this year. Notably, all employees watched the presentations in real-time through a video streaming system.

President Kim Seyong stated, "This report meeting will serve not only as a platform to share business plans but also as an opportunity to promote smooth communication and collaboration among employees," adding, "We will build GH into an organization where everyone grows together based on a horizontal organizational culture."
