This project consists of one-on-one recruitment and employment support services through the Small and Medium Business Corporation’s job matching platform and matching support center, as well as a win-win job support project between large and small-medium enterprises.

The one-on-one recruitment and employment support service connects SMEs experiencing workforce shortages with job seekers facing employment difficulties in a customized one-on-one manner to support hiring and employment. For SMEs, services such as job posting creation, AI-based customized talent recommendations, one-on-one recruitment consulting, and policy linkage services are provided. For job seekers, support includes resume and self-introduction writing assistance, AI mock interviews, and job aptitude tests.

SMEs and job seekers wishing to participate can contact the Corporate Workforce Difficulty Center Matching Support Center.

The win-win job support project between large and small-medium enterprises utilizes the educational infrastructure and on-site experts of large (mid-sized) companies to provide field-customized job training to young job seekers, followed by employment linkage support to partner SMEs. This year, the project scale has been expanded, aiming to train 950 young job seekers at more than 10 large (mid-sized) company project groups and support employment for 600 of them.

Young job seekers under the age of 35 who wish to participate can check the participating project groups, recruitment scale per project group, and job training schedules on the job matching platform website. Large (mid-sized) company project groups interested in participating can contact the Korea Economic Association SME Cooperation Center.
