SSG.com announced on the 2nd that it will hold the 'Great Week' promotion, offering daily special discounts on selected items from the 3rd to the 9th for one week.
On the first day of the event, seasonal fruits will be offered at unbeatable prices. Seolhyang strawberries, Jeju Gold kiwis, Seogwipo Redhyang, and Chilean fresh blueberries will be discounted by up to 50%. On the 4th, there will be a sale on marinated meats. Marinated beef bulgogi 800g will be sold at a promotional price of around 13,000 won, and SSG.com’s exclusive gourmet products, Korean pork jjukumi samgyeopsal 450g and spicy osam bulgogi 400g, will each be discounted by 40%.
On the 5th, agricultural products can be purchased at low prices. A 2kg box of sweet potatoes will be offered at about 5,000 won, which is half price, and a domestic cabbage will be discounted by 30%, available for around 2,000 won. Various ready-to-eat meals will also be available at special prices. For one day on the 6th, Pulmuone soft tofu with beef will be sold as a 1+1 deal, and Peacock beef brisket soft tofu stew and Jongga stir-fried kimchi tour sets will each be discounted by 30%.
Ahead of Valentine’s Day, there will also be a chocolate sale. Popular chocolate brands such as Hershey’s Kisses Almond, KitKat Original, and Calpazer milk chocolate will be offered in 1+1 promotions, along with popular snacks at special prices on the 7th. Toward the end of the event, on the 8th and 9th, a weekend grocery shopping discount event will take place. Processed foods and daily necessities such as Sprite Zero 1ℓ, Vaseline lotion, Kleenex tissues, Oral-B toothbrushes, and Clean Country wet wipes will be available in 1+1 deals.
