Some online community administrators and users accused of premeditating, inciting, and aiding the violent riot at the Western District Court have been reported to the police.

Users who posted a total of 151 posts related to the Western District Court group riot on these communities from the 16th until recently were also reported.

Park Tae-hoon, the preparatory committee chairman, claimed that the Western District Court riot was by no means a spontaneous incident. Chairman Park stated, "Several days before the riot, the infiltration routes and methods into the court were already being discussed on community sites," adding, "This was a riot with the purpose of undermining the national order and should be punished under charges of conspiracy to commit rebellion and incitement to rebellion."

He further pointed out that the administrators of the respective communities actively failed to suppress posts that conspired and incited, resulting in tacit approval and aiding of the conspiracy to commit rebellion.

Chairman Park also said, "On the 23rd, we filed a complaint with the Korea Communications Commission to shut down Ilbe Storage and the People Power Party galleries," emphasizing, "We urge the KCC to promptly process the complaint and take measures to close these sites."
